“Nakupenda” is the
Swahili word which means “I love you” in English. This is a full day trip at
the Nakupenda sandbank which can be seen from the Stone Town. The trip normally
starts at Stone Town to the Prison Island where you will see and get the
history of the giant tortoises and the prison. After spending some time in
Prison Island now it’s a time to go to the Nakupenda sandbank where you will
enjoy the sunny, swimming and relaxing at the beach with soft drinks and
delicious fruits. The chefs are always there to prepare some amazing barbeque
which can be eaten under the tent where you will find a perfect shadow and
